The extra virgin olive oil "Galano Metaggitsiou Halkidiki" comes from olive fruit of the variety "Strongylolia" (Galani). It comes in a handmade ceramic bottle with an olive wood top.
Its sweetness and fruity aroma, are reminiscent of small red berries and freshly cut grass. It is an extra virgin olive oil, with a smooth taste and a complex aromatic profile with harmony and a sweet note.
It should be noted that the acidity of the olive oil is particularly low, while its color is green with yellow shades to golden yellow, cloudy immediately after pressing, while it gradually clears completely.
