Skordalia-Garlic dip with walnuts, bread and olive oil dressing with garlic

Skordalia-Garlic dip
Ingredients:
2 slices of bread
250gr walnuts
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
salt
olive oil dressing with garlic, Kyklopas
Method:
- Soak two slices of bread in water to soften them. Drain them, leaving a little water.
- In a food processor, add the bread, walnuts, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and salt.
- Beat and adjust the salt and vinegar (depending on your liking). It may need extra water that we add gradually.
- Transfer the mixture to a plate, and pour over the olive oil dressing with garlic.
Ready in just five (5) minutes, with a distinct aroma and taste.
Serve and enjoy!
