Seine Süße und sein fruchtiges Aroma erinnern an kleine rote Beeren und frisch geschnittenes Gras. Es ist ein natives Olivenöl extra mit einem weichen Geschmack und einem komplexen aromatischen Profil mit Harmonie und einer süßen Note.
Es ist zu beachten, dass der Säuregehalt des Olivenöls besonders niedrig ist, während seine Farbe grün mit gelben Schattierungen bis goldgelb ist, unmittelbar nach dem Pressen trübe ist und sich nach und nach vollständig klärt.
