Forest honey
A strongly aromatic chestnut and oak honey from the dense forests of the central Rhodopes, rich in trace elements, with a strong antioxidant effect four times that of other countries.
It is produced from the nectar and honey secretions of the chestnut tree, which is considered a good beekeeping plant and quite widespread in the mountains of Greece.
The taste of chestnut honey is intense and slightly bitter.
It crystallizes slowly after 1-2 years.
