Early harvest, extra virgin olive oil extracted solely from the Greek variety “Hondrolia” in a handmade ceramic bottle with an olive wood top. This high-quality olive oil is produced from hand-harvested green olives cultivated in Halkidiki (Northern Greece) within a few hours of harvest! The slightly sweet fruity aroma is reminiscent of freshly cut grass, unripe tomato leaf, and black pepper.

Its production is early, as it comes from unripe fruits that have not lost their green color. It has an intense bright green color due to the chlorophyll of the unripe fruit, giving it even greater antioxidant properties. Also, it is rich in bio-active polyphenols that help in the protection of the body from cardiovascular diseases, reduce blood cholesterol (LDL), and have anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory properties. In the organoleptic profile of the olive oil, very intense fruity unripe aromas prevail, and a high intensity of bitter and spicy flavor, due to the high concentration of phenolic elements.
