Intensely aromatic honey with a pleasant taste and bright amber appearance! It belongs to the flower honeys, but in fact, it is a separate category due to its strong aromatic and tasty characteristics.

A honey from the Kerkini mountain with a rich aroma and light taste. It is a food of high nutritional value due to the large number of vitamins and trace elements it contains.

Fir honey is produced by the Soukas family, in Karpenissi. It is one of the most famous kinds of honey in Greece, with a percentage of 5-10% of the total honey production in our country.

It stands out for its characteristic appearance and mild aroma. It is a particularly thick honey with an intense honey color. 

Cinnamon and nutmeg are mainly used for their soothing properties. 

They contribute to the reduction of blood glucose and pain from gallstones and kidney stones. They are used for rheumatic pains.

Due to the vitamin C content, it improves vision, fights colds, inhibits the growth of cancer cells, and strengthens bones.
Citrus fruits regulate blood flow, preventing the clotting of arteries.

The anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial action of mastic, combined with honey, is considered an excellent medicine for the stomach. It reduces the feeling of hunger, and as a good source of zinc, it is considered a natural stimulant of male sexuality. 

Pollen and propolis are considered among nature's most nutritious foods (superfoods), as they contain almost all the nutrients the human body needs.

Le miel d'arbousier provient du nectar de la fleur de l'arbousier (Arbutus Unedo et Arbutus andrachne). Produit spécifique et unique par sa haute valeur nutritionnelle et thérapeutique, mais aussi par son goût caractéristique légèrement amer avec une sensation de caramel cuit.

Le miel d'arbousier, récolté par la famille Soukas dans les montagnes d'Achaïe. La floraison de l'arbousier commence en novembre, et ses fleurs apportent du pollen et du nectar jusqu'à la fin du printemps.

Le miel d'oranger, récolté par la famille Soukas dans la région de Skala en Laconie, représente une source importante du nectar pour l'apiculture. Ce miel plait beaucoup aux enfants à cause de son goût très doux et aromatique.

Le miel de bruyère, récolté par la famille Soukas dans les montagnes d'Achaïe. La bruyère est une plante excellente pour l'apiculture et donne un miel avec certaines qualités rares et bénéfiques pour la santé humaine.

Le miel de chataignier, récolté par la famille Soukas sur le mont Kosmas. C'est un miel d'origine mixte, provenant du nectar de fleurs, mais aussi du miellat du chataignier.

Notre miel de chêne de haute qualité est de couleur foncée et a un goût spécifique, riche et mature.

Miel pur, sans conservateurs ajoutés, récolté dans les montagnes de la région de l'Évros.

Le miel de fleurs de coton, dont l'action antibactérienne est supérieure à celle de tous les autres miels grecs en raison de sa haute teneur en peroxyde d'hydrogène.
