Fir honey is produced by the Soukas family, in Karpenissi. It is one of the most famous kinds of honey in Greece, with a percentage of 5-10% of the total honey production in our country.

It stands out for its characteristic appearance and mild aroma. It is a particularly thick honey with an intense honey color. 

Cinnamon and nutmeg are mainly used for their soothing properties. 

They contribute to the reduction of blood glucose and pain from gallstones and kidney stones. They are used for rheumatic pains.

Due to the vitamin C content, it improves vision, fights colds, inhibits the growth of cancer cells, and strengthens bones.
Citrus fruits regulate blood flow, preventing the clotting of arteries.
