Seine Produktion beträgt etwa 10% der gesamten Honigproduktion Griechenlands.

Bio-Tannenhonig wird von der Familie Soukas in Karpenissi hergestellt. Es ist einer der berühmtesten Honige Griechenlands. Seine Produktion beläuft sich auf 5-10% der gesamten Honigproduktion Griechenlands.
