A brief mention of Trikala
The prefecture of Trikala lies in central Greece and, traditionally, is a rural area. Trikala offers local, qualitative flavours, spirits, and agricultural products (i.e. feta cheese, tsipouro, vinegar).
It is said, that Trikala has a long history that goes back to 3000 BC, and, also, it was the birthplace of Asclepius, the first ancient doctor.
