Le cépage Limnionas grandit aux pieds des monts Agrafa, dans des vignes en altitude, est doté d’un faible rendement par hectare mais se nourrit du microclimat dû à la présence du lac Plastiras.

Composition variétale: Syrah 100%.

Caractéristiques: Rouge rubis brillant avec des reflets violets. Arômes de fruits rouges et d'épices au nez, avec des notes de violette et de réglisse. Tanins immédiatement apparents mais fondus; l'acidité, qui aide ce vin à garder sa fraîcheur croquante pendant des années; structure complexe. Un vin extraordinaire avec un arrière-goût remarquable.
