9. Risk of loss, returns & refunds
9.1. All purchases are made according to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss is removed by Grecoroots after the delivery of the order to the carrier. In case of a loss order, even after delivered to the carrier, Grecoroots is obliged to investigate the issue and inform its customer.

15. Order cancellation
15.1. It is clarified that any order cancellation must be made as soon as possible after the confirmation of your order. If you are going to cancel your order, contact us at our email as soon as possible.
15.2. In case your order has already been transferred to the cooperating carrier, then it will be completed normally.
15.3. A credit will automatically be applied, within a certain amount of days. In case of a refund via a third party payment provider (PayPal, Credit card, etc.), it is possible that you may be charged with a commission by this particular third party provider. Grecoroots is not responsible for this operation.
16.Gift cards
16.1. Gift cards are sent only electronically via email to third party recipients you indicate to us.
16.2. Note that you may not use many gift cards for one order. For each order you may use only one gift card.
