Organic fir honey is produced by the Soukas family, in Karpenissi. It is one of the most famous honey in Greece. Its production amounts to 5-10% of total Greece's production of honey.

Family Farms' crushed green olives come from organic farming or integrated management, with special characteristics. They are processed mildly, so they preserve their characteristics, without adding preservatives.

The organic thyme honey is produced by the Soukas family, in Lefkada. It is considered high-quality honey. It belongs to the flower honey, but it is a separate category due to its intense aromatic and taste characteristics. Its production amounts to approximately 10% of the total honey production of Greece.

We carefully collect olives by hand when still green to orange and almost ripe, we separate them by variety group and press them within 5 to 7 hours in our privately owned mill, in temperatures below 28°C, with no addition of water.
