Organic extra virgin olive oil is an elixir of health and longevity. It lowers blood pressure and helps with hypertension. It turns out to be a balm for the stomach as it strengthens the digestive system. Consumption of organic products, multiplies the benefits for human health, as they have not been burdened with chemicals and as a result therefore have increased nutrients.

We carefully collect olives by hand when still green to orange and almost ripe, we separate them by variety group and press them within 5 to 7 hours in our privately owned mill, in temperatures below 28°C, with no addition of water.

The cultivation of these trees, gives us the chance to produce our golden-colored figs, with delicate skin and fluffy, soft texture, which are full of aromas and tastes from local herbs. They are luscious and feature a complex texture that combines the chewiness of their flesh, the smoothness of their skin, and the crunchiness of their seeds.

The "Enarxis" Malagouzia is incredibly tasty and cool with strong aromas both in the nose and in the mouth. It successfully expresses the dynamics of the "star" variety of the Greek Vineyard but also its adaptation to the terroir of the region!

The organic thyme honey is produced by the Soukas family, in Lefkada. It is considered high-quality honey. It belongs to the flower honey, but it is a separate category due to its intense aromatic and taste characteristics. Its production amounts to approximately 10% of the total honey production of Greece.
