Thyme honey is produced by the Soukas family in Lefkada. It is considered to be an excellent quality honey. It is in the bouquet, but in fact it is a special category because of intense aromatic and flavor characteristics. Its production amounts to about 10% of the total honey production in Greece.

A type of honey with distinct aroma and high nutritional value coming from the infinite floral palette of Sitia land in Crete, Greece. A natural product of the local biodiversity, full-flavored that preserves the long lived art of Cretan "bee-culture".

Chestnut honey is produced by the Soukas family on Mount Kosmas. It is honey of mixed origin , from the nectar of the flowers and the honey like secretions of the chestnut tree.

White tuna fillets in extra virgin olive oil, with red hot pepper for spicy treats.

Fir honey is produced by the Soukas family, in Karpenissi. It is one of the most famous kinds of honey in Greece, with a percentage of 5-10% of the total honey production in our country.

Characterized as honey of exceptional nutritional value as it is rich in antioxidants and contains large quantities of potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron and sodium.

The white long-winged tuna Alalunga, is known as Alonissos tuna. It is one of the smallest species of tuna and its meat is considered delicious and very healthy.

Strawberry tree honey(arbutus honey) is produced by the Soukas family on the slopes of Achaia. The flowering of the coumarus begins in November while flowers give pollen and nectar until late spring.

Heather is an excellent plant for the production of honey because it has certain unique qualities that are good for human health. These qualities go naturally to honey and that's why in recent years the popularity has grown steadily and more and more people are looking for.
