The organic extra virgin olive oil “MITERRA GI MOU” of Koroneiki variety, contains vitamins, provitamins A and E, minerals, selenium, rich antioxidants. It turns out to be a balm for the stomach as it strengthens the digestive system. Characterized as honey of exceptional nutritional value as it is rich in antioxidants and contains large quantities of potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron and sodium.

The "Enarxis" Malagouzia is incredibly tasty and cool with strong aromas both in the nose and in the mouth. It successfully expresses the dynamics of the "star" variety of the Greek Vineyard but also its adaptation to the terroir of the region!

We carefully collect olives by hand when still green to orange and almost ripe, we separate them by variety group and press them within 5 to 7 hours in our privately owned mill, in temperatures below 28°C, with no addition of water.

The organic thyme honey is produced by the Soukas family, in Lefkada. It is considered high-quality honey. It belongs to the flower honey, but it is a separate category due to its intense aromatic and taste characteristics. Its production amounts to approximately 10% of the total honey production of Greece.

Table olives compose the primary product of Family Farms. Organic green olives pitted in brine that promote the nutritional value of the olive.

Organic fir honey is produced by the Soukas family, in Karpenissi. It is one of the most famous honey in Greece. Its production amounts to 5-10% of total Greece's production of honey.
