Mini pizzas with olive paste & galotyri
200gr self-rising flour
200gr strained yogurt
Olive paste with sun-dried tomato & chilli pepper Kyklopas
extra virgin olive oil
- In a bowl, add the flour and the yogurt. Mix well, forming the dough.
- Divide the dough into small balls of 30-35gr each. Grease our hands with a few drops of extra virgin olive oil and press each ball, forming a dent in its center.
- Dust each ball with the sesame seeds. Then, add the olive paste to the center of each ball using a teaspoon. Place them in a pan with non-stick baking paper and at a distance between them because they will swell.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. After they cool down, add galotyri to the top of each mini pizza.
