A type of honey with distinct aroma and high nutritional value coming from the infinite floral palette of Sitia land in Crete, Greece. A natural product of the local biodiversity, full-flavored that preserves the long lived art of Cretan "bee-culture".

Fir honey is produced by the Soukas family, in Karpenissi. It is one of the most famous kinds of honey in Greece, with a percentage of 5-10% of the total honey production in our country.

Early harvest, extra virgin olive oil extracted solely from the Greek variety “Hondrolia” in a handmade ceramic bottle with an olive wood top. This high-quality olive oil is produced from hand-harvested green olives cultivated in Halkidiki (Northern Greece) within a few hours of harvest!

The white long-winged tuna Alalunga, is known as Alonissos tuna. It is one of the smallest species of tuna and its meat is considered delicious and very healthy.

Pine honey is produced by the Soukas family in northern Evia. It constitutes 65% of the total honey production in Greece and comes from the honey secretions of the insect Marchalina hellenica, when it parasitizes in Aleppo and Pinus brutia.
