Back in the summer of 2018, without a name, logo or agenda and driven solely by our love for quality food and fresh ingredients, we began our journey in food production and created our first food lab in Neo Iraklio.
We decided to create a range of traditional and new flavors in sauces and chutneys, a line made with a lot of flavor and a lot of meraki in it.
Utilizing the unique fresh vegetables and herbs of our Greece, and marrying them with exotic fruits, nuts and spices from around the world, we proudly created and present to you, our own SAZA.
Amid mom's traditional recipe, the reminiscent of fresh reddish tomatoes boiling at home during the summer and the fragrant spices that marked the memories of our childhood, the idea of SAZA was born.
Our philosophy is based on the fresh and qualitative ingredients, the handmade production and strict quality control but mainly on the love and care that goes into each jar by our team.
Our goal is to offer a unique tasting journey down memory lane through a range of sauces and chutneys that aim to make a gourmet out of your daily life.
