The organic extra virgin olive oil “MITERRA GI MOU” of Koroneiki variety, contains vitamins, provitamins A and E, minerals, selenium, rich antioxidants. It turns out to be a balm for the stomach as it strengthens the digestive system. We carefully collect olives by hand when still green to orange and almost ripe, we separate them by variety group and press them within 5 to 7 hours in our privately owned mill, in temperatures below 28°C, with no addition of water.

Harvested at the first days of October, when the olives are still far from ripe, yet full in aromas, flavour, and the much appreciated phenols.

Extracted by the very best, hand picked olives of Koroneiki variety, during the first days of October. The groves of Ancient Olympia, old and fierce, provided us with the highest quality of the seed, juiced into this bold olive oil.

The extra virgin olive oil "Galano Metaggitsiou Halkidiki" comes from olive fruit of the variety "Strongylolia" (Galani). It comes in a handmade ceramic bottle with an olive wood top.
