Harvested at the first days of October, when the olives are still far from ripe, yet full in aromas, flavour, and the much appreciated phenols.

The organic extra virgin olive oil “MITERRA GI MOU” of Koroneiki variety, contains vitamins, provitamins A and E, minerals, selenium, rich antioxidants. Organic extra virgin olive oil is an elixir of health and longevity. It lowers blood pressure and helps with hypertension. It turns out to be a balm for the stomach as it strengthens the digestive system. Consumption of organic products, multiplies the benefits for human health, as they have not been burdened with chemicals and as a result therefore have increased nutrients.

We carefully collect olives by hand when still green to orange and almost ripe, we separate them by variety group and press them within 5 to 7 hours in our privately owned mill, in temperatures below 28°C, with no addition of water.

The extra virgin olive oil "Galano Metaggitsiou Halkidiki" comes from olive fruit of the variety "Strongylolia" (Galani). It comes in a handmade ceramic bottle with an olive wood top.

It is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil from the worldwide known olive variety “Koroneiki”. It comes in a handmade ceramic bottle with an olive wood top. Medium intensity fruity tomato aroma with notes of black pepper.
