Extracted by the very best, hand picked olives of Koroneiki variety, during the first days of October. The groves of Ancient Olympia, old and fierce, provided us with the highest quality of the seed, juiced into this bold olive oil.

Harvested at the first days of October, when the olives are still far from ripe, yet full in aromas, flavour, and the much appreciated phenols.

The bio cultivated groves, cultivated at a height above 800m, where we leave nature perform its magic. The result is our unique, small batch organic edition.
