HONIG & KONFITÜREN

Cinnamon and nutmeg are mainly used for their soothing properties. 

They contribute to the reduction of blood glucose and pain from gallstones and kidney stones. They are used for rheumatic pains.

Pollen and propolis are considered among nature's most nutritious foods (superfoods), as they contain almost all the nutrients the human body needs. 

Effective food supplements, such as turmeric and ginger are considered strong antioxidants. 

The anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial action of mastic, combined with honey, is considered an excellent medicine for the stomach. It reduces the feeling of hunger, and as a good source of zinc, it is considered a natural stimulant of male sexuality.

Fir honey is produced by the Soukas family, in Karpenissi. It is one of the most famous kinds of honey in Greece, with a percentage of 5-10% of the total honey production in our country.

Der Bio-Thymianhonig wird von der Familie Soukas in Lefkada hergestellt. Er gilt als hochwertiger Honig. Er gehört zu den Blütenhonigen, ist aber aufgrund seiner intensiven Aroma- und Geschmackseigenschaften eine eigene Kategorie. Seine Produktion beträgt etwa 10% der gesamten Honigproduktion Griechenlands.

Bio-Tannenhonig wird von der Familie Soukas in Karpenissi hergestellt. Es ist einer der berühmtesten Honige Griechenlands. Seine Produktion beläuft sich auf 5-10% der gesamten Honigproduktion Griechenlands.

Charakterisiert als Honig mit außergewöhnlichem Nährwert, da er reich an Antioxidantien ist und große Mengen an Kalium, Magnesium, Phosphor, Eisen und Natrium enthält.

Kiefernhonig wird von der Familie Souka in Nord-Evia produziert. Es macht 65% der gesamten Honigproduktion in Griechenland aus.
