Strawberry tree honey(arbutus honey) is produced by the Soukas family on the slopes of Achaia. The flowering of the coumarus begins in November while flowers give pollen and nectar until late spring.

Heather honey is produced by the Soukas family on the slopes of Achaia. Chestnut honey is produced by the Soukas family on Mount Kosmas. It is honey of mixed origin , from the nectar of the flowers and the honey like secretions of the chestnut tree.
