The decanter is decorated with patterns inspired by the windmills of Mykonos and other Cycladic symbols, using Artist's color palette:

Early harvest, extra virgin olive oil extracted solely from the Greek variety “Hondrolia” in a handmade ceramic bottle with a wooden top. This high-quality olive oil is produced from hand-harvested green olives cultivated in Halkidiki (Northern Greece) within a few hours of harvest!

It is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil from the worldwide known olive variety “Koroneiki”. It comes in a handmade ceramic bottle with a wooden top. Medium intensity fruity tomato aroma with notes of black pepper.

The extra virgin olive oil "Galano Metaggitsiou Halkidiki" comes from olive fruit of the variety "Strongylolia" (Galani). “Galani” means light blue due to the hue of the leaves. 

A high-quality olive oil from the finest olives, harvested in November and cold pressed under 25°C. It comes in a handmade ceramic bottle with a wooden top.

Variety Composition: Syrah 60%, Xinomavro 20%, Merlot 20%.

A wine produced from Chardonnay, which has been cultivated on the estate since 1983. Following skin contact in cold, the wine is fermented in French oak barrels. It then remains in contact with its primary lees for a few months, gaining in body and enriching its varietal aromas.

Our private mountainous olive grove, is located outside the small village of Mouzaki in Messenia prefecture, in the Peloponnese and it is ecologically cultivated and harvested.

With the flavor and aroma of the legendary Black Messenicola grape and a 30% content of the French Syrah and Carignan varieties, the Messenicola is now recognized as an innovative wine with a unique personality that centuries later has rightfully earned a place at the top.

This wine is entirely produced from the Greek grape variety of Malagousia, which was saved from extinction due to the efforts of Vangelis Gerovassiliou.

This oaked dry red is carefully crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with a small percentage of Agiorgitiko. Ktima Biblia Chora Red is the result of conventional red vinification with prolonged maceration post-fermentation. Malolactic fermentation is followed by 12 months of maturation in French barrels. Its colour is deep purple to blackish red. Serve it cellar cool at 18°C or keep for several years.

Brilliantly, light yellow in color with greenish tints. Strong and lively nose, typical Sauvignon Blanc, suggesting gooseberry, passion fruits, melon, litchi with a note of honeysuckle. Round and mellow on the palate, quite fat balanced although, with plenty of finesse. Crispy and well structured, reminding the nose aromas with a hint of lime. Ktima Biblia Chora White is an uplifting wine from the marriage of the cosmopolitan Sauvignon Blanc with the exuberant Greek Assyrtiko. This is a highly aromatic blend with a crisp finish thanks to brief maceration on the skins foregoing temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. This dry white wine has a clear greenish gold colour. Serve chilled at 10°C. Drink preferably in the first two years from the vintage.

Characterized by fruitiness of mid to high intensity with enhanced tones of fresh green olive and green banana, artichoke and freshly cut grass.

The organic thyme honey is produced by the Soukas family, in Lefkada. It is considered high-quality honey. It belongs to the flower honey, but it is a separate category due to its intense aromatic and taste characteristics. Its production amounts to approximately 10% of the total honey production of Greece.

To achieve the excellent quality of our extra virgin olive oil, we choose the right time to harvest the olive fruit and carry out the oiling on the same day using state-of-the-art machinery. Then, we store the product in special stainless steel tanks in a room with a constant temperature.

A bottle of GREENOLIA ORGANIC is a bottle of pure nature. We don’t use chemicals in the farming process, we fight the “enemies” of olive trees through natural methods and we subject the fruit to rigorous checks. The well-balanced blend of the Amfissis and Koroneiki varieties brings out a new unique taste, combining the spicy Koroneiki with the mildness of Amfissis.

This delightful dry rosé is made from the French Syrah variety planted to the coolest part of the Estate's vineyard, which is exclusively reserved for the making of rosé wine. The grapes are judiciously harvested at optimum ripeness and the juice fermented in inox tanks at 18°C. The resulting wine has a clear pomegranate colour. Enjoy chilled at 10°C.  Drink preferably within two years from the vintage.

Organic fir honey is produced by the Soukas family, in Karpenissi. It is one of the most famous honey in Greece. Its production amounts to 5-10% of total Greece's production of honey.

Elegant aromatic mastic spirit liqueur with a sweet & refreshing aftertaste. Enjoy well chilled as a shot, in cocktails or as an after dinner digestive drink.
