We carefully collect olives by hand when still green to orange and almost ripe, we separate them by variety group and press them within 5 to 7 hours in our privately owned mill, in temperatures below 28°C, with no addition of water.

The organic extra virgin olive oil “MITERRA GI MOU” of Koroneiki variety, contains vitamins, provitamins A and E, minerals, selenium, rich antioxidants. To achieve the excellent quality of our extra virgin olive oil, we choose the right time to harvest the olive fruit and carry out the oiling on the same day using state-of-the-art machinery. Then, we store the product in special stainless steel tanks in a room with a constant temperature.
