A blend by the oenologist Kontopos Thomas that integrates the 4 terroirs of Xinomavro, Amyntaio – Goumenissa – Naoussa & Rapsani, in a complex, rich and incredibly tasty wine, with a total aging time of 36 months in 225-liter French barrels of the 2nd & 3rd year and steals the impressions.

This oaked dry red is carefully crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with a small percentage of Agiorgitiko. Ktima Biblia Chora Red is the result of conventional red vinification with prolonged maceration post-fermentation. Malolactic fermentation is followed by 12 months of maturation in French barrels. Its colour is deep purple to blackish red. Serve it cellar cool at 18°C or keep for several years.

Produced from varieties of Syrah, Merlot and Limnio, with a classic red wine-making method. Aged for about a year in French oak barrels.

The grapes come together to create the authentically ancient wine, the “APO DYO CHORIA” (FROM TWO VILLAGES), with a balanced but light sweetness, unique colour teetering between pink and orange, and its unique flavour bursting with a fruity sensation.

A wine that goes perfectly with an eclectic light meal or served before as an aperitif.

This delightful dry rosé is made from the French Syrah variety planted to the coolest part of the Estate's vineyard, which is exclusively reserved for the making of rosé wine. The grapes are judiciously harvested at optimum ripeness and the juice fermented in inox tanks at 18°C. The resulting wine has a clear pomegranate colour. Enjoy chilled at 10°C.  Drink preferably within two years from the vintage.

Carefully selected varieties of roasted and caramelized malt, in combination with malt smoked in beech wood, give this dark beer its intense and unique character.

One of the famous fruits of the Greek countryside. Sour cherries are rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium, calcium, magnesium, dietary fibres etc. Last but not least, traditional fruit spoon sweets are the only sweets that contain no fat. That’s why they are suggested in low calorie diets.

Ingredients: sour cherry (55%), sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid.

We used the fresh fruits of Pella and continued the sweetest tradition.

A highly roasted chocolate ale, unfiltered and unpasteurized, made with special malts that bring out caramel and chocolate flavors. The class history and its distinctive taste acquire a new dimension with the addition of unique raw materials, six different malts from barley and pure Greek barley.
