The iconic and oldest of the three Protoulis products boasts an extensive collection of awards and medals, received over time in world-renowned competitions.

Thyme honey is produced by the Soukas family in Lefkada. It is considered to be an excellent quality honey. It is in the bouquet, but in fact it is a special category because of intense aromatic and flavor characteristics. Its production amounts to about 10% of the total honey production in Greece.

The healthiest way to flavour any olive oil. We take only the  freshest fruits and  herbs from local Greek farms, and cold press them with our just-harvested Makris olives.

Our multi-awarded Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced with deep respect to the accumulated knowledge of our past generations, the valuable opinion of expert agronomists and above all with devotion to environmental protection.

Our private mountainous olive grove, is located outside the small village of Mouzaki in Messenia prefecture, in the Peloponnese and it is ecologically cultivated and harvested.

Its name means, "emerging from the Aegean".

It is a tribute to the origins of the Protoulis family.

An exceptionally low acidity (<0.4) extra virgin olive oil, a typical example of the Koroneiki flavour.
