Le nom de la camomille provient des mots grecs "khamai" qui signifie "à terre" et indique la taille basse de cette plante, et "milon" qui signifie "pomme" en grec et se réfère à sa fragrance.
Préparation:
Mettez un sachet en forme de pyramide dans votre tasse avec de l'eau juste avant ébullition (95°C), laissez 4-5 minutes, et ajoutez du miel si vous désirez obtenir un goût sucré.
