Wir sammeln die Oliven sorgfältig von Hand, wenn sie noch grün bis orange und fast reif sind, trennen sie nach Sorten und mahlen sie innerhalb von 5 bis 7 Stunden in unserer eigenen Mühle, bei Temperaturen unter 28°C, ohne Zugabe von Wasser.
Die Oliven sind so wertvoll für diejenigen, die auf Levantes Farm leben und arbeiten.

Filled with olive trees, vines and fabulously fragrant wild lavender bushes, Levantes farm is a vital part of our family, who has been cultivating this beautiful land with abundant love and care, steadily working together to produce excellent products, whilst respecting its wildlife and wonderful biodiversity.
