Wir sammeln die Oiven sorgfältig von Hand, wenn sie noch grün bis orange und fast reif sind, trennen sie nach Sorten und mahlen sie innerhalb von 5 bis 7 Stunden in unserer eigenen Mühle, bei Temperaturen unter 28°C, ohne Zugabe von Wasser.
Die Oliven sind so wertvoll für diejenigen, die auf Levantes Farm leben und arbeiten.

About Us
Filled with olive trees, vines and fabulously fragrant wild lavender bushes, Levantes farm is a vital part of our family, who has been cultivating this beautiful land with abundant love and care, steadily working together to produce excellent products, whilst respecting its wildlife and wonderful biodiversity.
A Typical Day with our Family:
- Mr Kyriakos, plowing the fields with his tractor
- Mrs Stelina, harvesting the olive oils
- Markos, separates the leaves from the olives
- Ilias, extracting the olive oil

The island of Euboea
Euboea (or Evia) is a charming Greek island with wooden bridges passing over rivers, a large variety of natural sceneries, and waterfalls. The island lies in the centre of Greece, a few kilometres away from Athens, where you may travel by car. Euboea sightseeing is wonderful, considering the wild landscapes of the southern side, or the mountainous landscapes, or the endless beaches.
In combination with its immense natural beauty, Euboea is a very fertile island. Honey, olives, wine, meat, dairy products, and figs are some of the local products.
